| Background Information | The Campaign Against Criminalising Communities (Campacc) is a civil liberties group. Campaigning particularly against what it sees as the threat to civil liberties inherent in anti-terror legislation, the group was originally established to oppose the Terrorism Act 2000, and later extended this to the Anti-Terrorism, Crime and Security Act (ACTSA) 2001, and the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005.
