| Description | According to Cook the Association for the Conservation of Energy "has retained its complete archive from the date of its foundation. The material includes minutes, agendas and correspondence of the Governing Council; membership files and correspondence; press releases; copies of ACE's research reports and newsletter; papers relevant to the activities of Parliament, such as statements of political parties on conservation issues and publications of select committees; and subject files (including statistics, files on organisations active in and responsible for energy conservation such as government departments and utility companies, and papers emanating from international organisations). Persons wishing to consult the records should write to the Director of ACE."
