Description"The papers of the Floud Committee for 1976-80 have been deposited in Northamptonshire Record Office and a list is available (NRA 4039)." (Source C. "The "Floud" committee was a working party on dangerous offenders set up by the Howard League for Penal Reform and the National Association for the Care and Rehabilitation of offenders, and was chaired by Jean Floud, Principal of Newnham [sic])". These papers include reports of meetings, copies of reports, articles, correspondence, notes, cuttings, and drafts parts of the proposed report (1976-1980) (ref.
