"The "Floud" committee was a working party on dangerous offenders set up by the Howard League for Penal Reform and the National Association for the Care and Rehabilitation of offenders, and was chaired by Jean Floud, Principal of Newnham [sic])". These papers include reports of meetings, copies of reports, articles, correspondence, notes, cuttings, and drafts parts of the proposed report (1976-1980) (ref. ZB148 - 1 to 5)
