| Background Information | The Campaign Against Dounreay Expansion was an environmental campaign. Dounreay, in northern Scotland, was the site of a fast breeder nuclear reactor, from the 1950s. The reactors closed and reprocessing activities ceased in the 1990s. The site is now being decomissioned. |
