Federation of Synagogues, 65 Watford Way, London NW4 3AQ

The Federation of Synagogues was established by Samuel Montague MP (later Lord Swaythling), in order to provide unity to the congregations and chevras in London's East End, formed following the high levels of Jewish immigration, triggered by the Russian pogroms. The Federation seeks to promote undiluted Torah orthodoxy, and encourage the expansion of Torah learning and practice.
