The UK Youth Parliament, the working name of Democracy for Young People, is a charity seeking to engage children and young people in the political process, and to raise issues of concern to the age-group. Annual elections to the Parliament are held, with constituencies based upon local education authorities, open to all young people aged 11- 18.
