Sea Rangers, the working name of the Sea Ranger Association, is a uniformed nautical youth organisation for girls and young women aged 9-21. Although the organisation only emerged as an independent entity in the 1970s, its roots go back to the beginning of the twentieth century, when groups began appearing within the Girl Guides Association (now GirlGuiding UK).
