CHAT operates in Brent, Harrow, Barnet, Kensington and Chelsea on issues relating to HIV/AIDs and other sexually transmitted diseases. It aims "to educate individuals from Black & Minority Ethnic communities on how to protect themselves, their partners and family from getting infections and how to cope and live with the debilitating effects of the infections. Where there is infection, we counsel, advise and support the individuals and family to address the issues.
