Background InformationUNICEF UK, the working name of the United Kingdom Committee for UNICEF, is a major international children's charity, supporting the worldwide work of UNICEF, the United Nations' Children's Fund. Alongside relief and development work, particular focuses now include the implementation of children's rights, and dealing with the effect on children of HIV/AIDS.
