| Additional information | Cook (1994 and 2006) writes that the National Campaign for the Abolition of Capital Punishment "has retained a file of minutes dating back to 1955, together with correspondence and press-cuttings from 1957." Dango has been unable to find further information about the location of these records since the Campaign wound up.
