| Description | Cook Notes that "The Association has retained its records, although a quantity of material has been lost through wartime destruction and office moves. A list is available [NRA 24472 TCPA]. Surviving papers include Council and Executive Committee minute books for the period since 1944, which incorporates minutes of a wide variety of other conference committees (such as the Finance and General Purposes, and the Management Committee), and AGM minutes from 1901. Papers and proceedings of the Annual Conferences, 1953-66, and of Regional and Special Conferences, 1945-70, are also available. Files exist of Executive Committee papers and Director's Reports from 1964; there is a limited series of administrative files, including ones on Letchworth and Welwyn Garden Cities and the correspondence of F.J. Osborn, Hon. Secretary, 1955-70. Ledger books are retained only for the seven year period required by law. Publications include Annual Reports from 1941 to date; the weekly newssheet Planning Bulletin since 1947; the Bulletin of Environmental Education, monthly since May 1971; the journal Town and Country Planning since 1911 (known as Garden Cities and Town Planning until 1932), and other pamphlets and books."
