| Description | "More recent material is retained by the International Secretariat at its offices. This comprises a complete set of the minutes of the International Executive Committee (or Assembly of Delegates from 1979) since 1934; reports of selected PEN conferences and International Congresses, beginning with the fourteenth, held in Buenos Aires in 1936; copies of the biannual report of the Writers in Prison Committee from 1988; recent financial records, and correspondence files for the post-1974 period.
